Give your child an afternoon at the zoo with Mrs. Berdick! Your child (and a sibling or friend) will enjoy an afternoon of exploration at the Cosley Zoo in Wheaton, along with a picnic snack and play. Mrs. Berdick will take your child and a playmate to the Cosley Zoo at 3:00 p.m. on a mutually-agreeable school day in May to learn about the animals, play at the zoo, and enjoy a snack.
Give them the gift they really want - front row seats during Grandparents' Day! Four seats will be reserved for your child's special guests during the 2018 WMS Grandparents' Day performance.
Mrs. Fortun will take 4 students, ages 7-12, to a Knitting 101 class at Wool & Co. in St. Charles AND to a special bakery on the last day of knitting class!
This is a 2-session class: Wednesday, May 16th and Wednesday, May 23rd after school. Students will receive instructions and materials to knit a headband. After the second class, we will sport our finished headbands as we walk over to SmallCakes for a cupcake to celebrate!
Mrs. Fortun will provide the transportation to Wool & Co. after school both days. Pickup on Wednesday May 16th is at 5:00 pm at Wool & Co., 107A West Main Street, St. Charles. Pickup on Wednesday, May 23rd will be at 5:45 at SmallCakes bakery, 117 West Main Street, St. Charles (parking is just around the corner from Forever Yogurt).
Your child and a chosen friend will spend the day BOUNCING off the walls - literally! Mrs. Schneider will take your child and a chosen friend to Rockin' Jump in Carol Stream, a popular venue with Wheaton Montessori students! They can spend the time jumping in the enormous trampoline park, climbing the rock walls, flying into the foam pit, and burning off tons of energy.
Date: A mutually-agreed upon date between the winning bidder and Mrs. Schneider.
An annual auction offering that always sells out! Join Dr. Bilezikian for a morning of intense laser tag at LazerX, a favorite with our Junior High students. Meet at WMS, take a ride in the school van to LazerX, and return to school after a morning out.
Open to all students ages 9 and older.
When: Saturday, May 19th.

Calling all Primary Students! Bring your favorite stuffed animal to school on Saturday, May 12th for a morning of breakfast, snacks, crafts, games, and songs! Mrs. Carrillo will provide each child with breakfast and a morning filled with fun. Drop-off the lucky child at 8:30 on Saturday, May 12th and pick up at 10:30 a.m. Enjoy a morning off while your child enjoys a morning of fun with Mrs. Carrillo!
